Refund Policy

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The customer bears the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are excluded from returns for hygiene or legal reasons:

  • Sealed hygiene or intimate products (once opened)

  • Food, flowers, or other perishable goods

  • Opened audio, video, or software products

  • Digital products once the download has started

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Gift cards


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation by email.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within a few days using the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

For orders over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
